jeff traintime - The northern division of

the milwaukee Road (ho)

Jeff Traintime’s layout is located in Burbank.

Jeff's HO layout models a secondary mainline of the Milwaukee Road in Southeast Wisconsin in September 1957 and is beautifully finished.  The layout is a 13 foot by 25 foot double-deck walk-in with a with a standard helix and a spread helix.  The deck heights are 41" and 60".  Control is DCC with all sound equipped locomotives.  Minimum mainline radius is 28", with a maximum 2% grade, and #6 turnouts.  Several prototype freight and passenger trains moved on the Northern Division, including occasionally the famous Milwaukee Roas Hiawatha Streamliners.  Jeff's layout is featured in the February 2024 NMRA magazine with many beautiful color photos.
